The ramblings of an engineer working for the Army to protect our men and women the world over.

Turns out...
Turns out that the shoulder break is bad enough that they want to cut me tomorrow. So I'll be undergoing surgery sometime tomorrow, details to come later on this little thing. We'll see what shakes loose.

Recently, made another move in my life. Moved from NC to NOVA to work for the Army. I've kicked around the automotive industry for about 14 years now, and grew to HATE it. And when I say, HATE, that's not a strong enough word really. I now am employed in a job that I love, working with people that I like, and providing a product that I think is important. I've sort of "found" my calling I believe, and have found purpose for my engineering skills. I'm still working some long hours, but now, I enjoy it, instead of dreading it. Isn't that what we all want in life?
